P Series Green Sand Intensive Mixer

Efficiently delivers large volumes of high-quality prepared sand
Drive unit mounted on top for easy maintenance and less down-time
Rugged design with wear-resistant base plate mounted on heavy steel section
Central sprayer allows water to be added through spray heads mounted on rotor arms
Side scrapers clean side walls and move sand towards mixing rotors
Fluid coupling protects motor from shock load burnout
Integral hopper built into cover smoothly feeds new and recycled sand into mixer
Planetary gearbox rotates mixing blades and also revolves them in pan for thorough mix
Triple action rotors each have three arms with replaceable blades for homogenous mixing
Pneumatic discharge allows rapid sand discharge in 12 seconds from bottom door
